Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Appointment scheduling and coordination

  • CRM/EMR organization
  • SOP development
  • Prior authorization and revenue cycle support (when contracted)

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

PREM VA does not provide medical, legal, financial, or billing compliance advice.
We provide administrative support only. All clinical decisions, billing determinations, and regulatory compliance responsibilities remain with the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance
• Ensure lawful use of patient data
• Maintain appropriate business insurance
• Provide necessary access to systems and tools required for service delivery

PREM VA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, restricted access, or client-side system limitations.

5. Confidentiality

PREM VA maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
For healthcare-related engagements, additional confidentiality and HIPAA provisions may be governed by a signed service agreement or Business Associate Agreement (BAA), when applicable.

Website visitors should not submit protected health information (PHI) through contact forms.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Unless otherwise specified:
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance
• Add-on services may require partial or full upfront payment
• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Specific payment schedules and terms are detailed within signed client agreements.

7. Minimum Commitment

Most service tiers require a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure operational continuity and measurable improvement.

Termination terms are governed by the signed service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary processes, templates, documentation structures, training materials, and systems developed by PREM VA remain the intellectual property of PREM VA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their internal data, patient records, and business content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PREM VA shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Business interruptions
• Regulatory penalties
• Clinical or billing errors made by client staff

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

10. Third-Party Tools

PREM VA may utilize third-party platforms such as:
• Wix
• Google Workspace
• Calendly
• Zoom
• EMR/CRM platforms
• Secure document systems

We are not responsible for outages, data breaches, or operational issues caused by third-party providers.

11. Website Use

Visitors agree not to:
• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Copy or distribute proprietary content without permission

All website content is for informational purposes only.

12. Independent Contractor Status

PREM VA operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, joint venture, or partnership relationship unless otherwise stated in writing.
