- Prior authorization and revenue cycle support (when contracted)
All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
PREM VA does not provide medical, legal, financial, or billing compliance advice.
We provide administrative support only. All clinical decisions, billing determinations, and regulatory compliance responsibilities remain with the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance
• Ensure lawful use of patient data
• Maintain appropriate business insurance
• Provide necessary access to systems and tools required for service delivery
PREM VA is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, restricted access, or client-side system limitations.
5. Confidentiality
PREM VA maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information.
For healthcare-related engagements, additional confidentiality and HIPAA provisions may be governed by a signed service agreement or Business Associate Agreement (BAA), when applicable.
Website visitors should not submit protected health information (PHI) through contact forms.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements.
Unless otherwise specified:
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance
• Add-on services may require partial or full upfront payment
